REMO STARS - ENYIMBA PREVIEW: SKY BLUES LAUNCH SURVIVAL BID
Remo Stars will be hope to restart the second stanza on a winning note when they welcome Enyimba to the Gateway International Stadium on Sunday afternoon.
Fatai Osho’s side would hope to restart their campaign on a winning note against Gbenga Ogunbote's side in Shagamu on Sunday
After crumbling to 1-0 in the first leg at the UJ Esuene Stadium, Fatai Osho's men will look to raise their relegation survival hopes by avenging their loss.
However, Gbenga Ogunbote's side, would be seeking to secure their first away win after nicking two draws on the road against the Sky Blues.
Remo Stars defender Ewelike Edozie assures his side will take their chances against Enyimba to put behind their first round poor show and keep alive their topflight dreams.
"I had a good game in the first stanza of the season, I played up to expectation, tried my best and I tried to give my best to the team," said Edozie.
"Remo Stars is a good team, we have quality players because so many teams in the first round found it so difficult to hold us but we were just unlucky.
"We lost so many chances in away games and it also affected us from getting maximum points away from home, we will try our best possible to convert our chances well in the second stanza.
"Going into the second stanza, my teammates and I are preparing so hard to ensure that we don't relegate at the end of the season."
